SupplyReady

Managed household essentials, supply access, and allocation.

21 questions

Supplies, pets & baby needs

7 questions

Do you send a box every month?

No. SupplyReady purchases, stores, and rotates essentials for members. Supplies are released during qualifying supply shortages, not delivered as a monthly grocery box.

What kinds of supplies are included?

Supplies include drinking water, food staples, feminine hygiene essentials, toilet paper, and food for registered household dogs and cats. Food may include proteins, grains, canned goods, and other shelf-stable pantry items. Brands, quantities, and exact contents vary with availability and activation conditions.

What does allocated from day one mean?

SupplyReady membership terms describe over $1,000 in pantry items allocated per person from enrollment. Access to benefits still begins after the 30-day waiting period and depends on qualifying shortages.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?

Specific foods and brands vary. PrepVault cannot guarantee every dietary requirement. Read product labels and check ingredients and suitability for your household before using supplies.

Is pet food included?

Dog and cat food is included for pets registered in your household. Keep the pet information in your account up to date. Specific products and quantities depend on availability during the activation.

Are baby formula and diapers available?

Baby Essentials is not available through online enrollment yet. Contact PrepVault about formula and diaper availability. Brand and product availability may vary; check suitability for your child.

Do I need space at home for a stockpile?

SupplyReady stores and rotates the managed reserves, so you do not need to keep those bulk supplies in your garage or pantry. It also reduces the need to buy, track, and replace a large inventory yourself. Keep your own immediate emergency plan and follow official preparedness guidance.

Activation & collecting supplies

5 questions

What activates SupplyReady?

PrepVault determines activation when verified, significant, extended shortages affect essential goods across a covered metropolitan area. A single empty store, personal preference, or running out of supplies at home does not by itself activate the service. Weather alerts are not SupplyReady activation notices.

How will I know when supplies are available?

Activation notices and pickup instructions are communicated through the membership’s email, text, and app channels. Keep your email, mobile number, address, and notification preferences current. Follow the issued instructions for the hub location, pickup schedule, available items, and updates while the shortage continues.

Where do I collect supplies? Are they delivered?

SupplyReady is a pickup-only service. Members travel to a designated distribution hub serving their metropolitan area. The location and pickup windows are provided when the service activates. Home shipping and delivery are not included.

How much can my household receive?

Distribution quantities depend on household size and membership level. Temporary per-person or per-household limits may apply during widespread shortages to keep distribution fair. There is no fixed annual activation limit, but membership does not promise unlimited supplies, full replenishment, or a specific quantity.

Can someone else collect my supplies, and what identification is needed?

Contact support before arranging an authorized pickup so you can follow the current requirements. Members or authorized collectors may need to present a membership QR code or other membership credentials at distribution.

Membership, pricing & availability

7 questions

Can I add household members later?

Update household details and manage your base plan in My Account. Additional household places are not available through online enrollment yet; contact PrepVault to discuss your household needs. Recording a name alone does not add a covered place. A newly added membership has its own 30-day waiting period.

Can I review plans if enrollment is not open in my ZIP?

Yes. You can review the displayed plans and included services before checking your ZIP. Enrollment and local pricing depend on service-area availability. If online enrollment is unavailable, contact PrepVault for coverage and future-enrollment information. Checking a ZIP does not create a paid membership.

Are there long-term contracts or higher prices during a shortage?

The membership is billed monthly and can be canceled from your account. The service does not add surge pricing because a qualifying shortage occurs. Applicable taxes affect the total shown during enrollment. Contact PrepVault about optional extras; they are not available through online enrollment yet.

SupplyReady operating rules and service limitations

SupplyReady is a private commercial service, not insurance, SNAP, WIC, or a government assistance program. Membership in preparedness organizations does not make it a government relief agency. The service supplements household preparedness and does not guarantee a complete replacement of household goods.

Eligibility: supplies are available only to active, paid members after the initial 30-day waiting period. Benefits begin on day 31 when the membership is in good standing. Personal need, household inventory, or preference alone does not activate the program.

Products and quantities: market conditions, vendors, transport constraints, and local shortages affect inventory. Brands, item types, and quantities may change without advance notice; equivalent or greater-value substitutions may be provided. Temporary household limits may be used to keep distribution fair.

Pickup and access: members arrange their own travel and follow the published location and pickup schedule. Queues, appointments, traffic controls, weather, road closures, government orders, or unsafe conditions may delay or restrict access. An exact pickup time or immediate access is not guaranteed.

Member responsibilities: maintain current contact information, address, and notification preferences; verify pickup instructions; travel safely; and follow staff directions, safety rules, and distribution procedures. Failure to follow on-site rules may result in denied service. Supplies are for household emergency use and may not be resold.

Operational changes: activation criteria, supply categories, inventory rules, pickup procedures, and platform features may be adjusted in response to regional conditions, supply-chain constraints, vendor limits, or government restrictions, sometimes without advance notice.

Service limitations: PrepVault does not control vendor shortages, transport delays, a member’s ability to reach a hub, missed pickup windows, or loss of goods after pickup. Members are responsible for confirming collection information and protecting supplies after collection.

Privacy: member information is collected to operate the program and is handled under the PrepVault Privacy Policy. Review the current membership terms and disclosures before enrollment.

DisasterDeploy

Local support hubs, qualifying disasters, and what to expect.

21 questions

Hub services & household needs

6 questions

What is a DisasterDeploy hub?

A staffed local resource hub for members after a qualifying declared disaster. It provides a place to get practical support, local updates, resource guidance, and help finding your next step while the community recovers.

What services can I use at the hub?

Available services may include hot meals, drinking water, hygiene products, first-aid supplies, phone and device charging, Wi-Fi, pet food, rest areas, community resources, and on-site guidance. Contact PrepVault about baby supplies; Baby Essentials is not available through online enrollment yet. The services and items available during a particular activation depend on local conditions and resources.

Does the hub provide sleeping accommodations?

No. DisasterDeploy provides temporary daytime support, not overnight shelter or long-term housing. Maintain your own evacuation and shelter plans and follow local officials for shelter information.

Can the hub operate during a power outage?

Hubs are designed to use backup power for charging, lighting, communications, and other on-site services when equipment and conditions allow. Wi-Fi, charging capacity, and other services can still be limited by the disaster; continuous power or connectivity is not guaranteed.

Does first-aid support include medical treatment?

First-aid supplies may be available at an operating hub. DisasterDeploy does not provide emergency medical care, medical treatment, ambulance services, rescue, or evacuation. Call 911 for a medical emergency.

How are babies, pets, and additional household members covered?

Hub resources can include dog and cat food and family hygiene items, subject to availability. Baby Essentials and additional household places are not available through online enrollment yet; contact PrepVault to discuss your household needs. Keep household and pet details current. A newly added membership has its own 30-day waiting period.

Activation, hours & getting there

8 questions

How quickly does a hub open?

DisasterDeploy targets a local hub within 48 hours of a qualifying declared emergency in a serviceable area. Setup and access depend on the severity of the event, safe roads, site availability, staffing, equipment, and official restrictions. This target does not guarantee access at a precise time.

What counts as a qualifying emergency?

An official disaster declaration must cover the member’s serviceable region at the city, county, or state level and meet the membership terms. Events can include hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, earthquakes, wildfires, and other qualifying disasters determined by PrepVault. Personal emergencies, isolated power outages, weather concerns without a declaration, and routine inconvenience do not automatically activate a hub.

How do I find the hub and know when to arrive?

Activation notifications use the membership’s email, SMS, and app channels. Follow the issued hub location, operating hours, arrival instructions, and list of available services. Keep contact details and notification preferences current and check for updates before traveling, as locations and hours can change.

Who can enter a DisasterDeploy hub?

Services are intended for active, paid members who have completed the 30-day waiting period. Bring your membership credentials for check-in. Canceled, paused, unpaid, or not-yet-eligible memberships do not provide access.

What if roads are closed or I cannot reach the hub?

Follow evacuation orders, road closures, and official emergency instructions first. Members arrange their own travel. DisasterDeploy does not provide transportation, rescue, evacuation, or ambulance services, and unsafe access may delay or suspend hub operations.

How long do hubs stay open?

Hubs remain open while support is operationally necessary and feasible. Operating hours, services, and locations can change with safety conditions, available staff, supplies, and local recovery needs. They do not provide an indefinite food supply or extended shelter.

What happens if several disasters occur at once?

Each event is evaluated and managed separately. Hub deployment and available services depend on the conditions, staffing, supplies, and safe access for the affected region.

Is immediate access guaranteed?

No. Services are provided on a best-effort basis. High demand can mean queues, staggered entry, traffic controls, or limited capacity. Weather, road closures, evacuation orders, government restrictions, and other unsafe conditions may delay, relocate, limit, or suspend a hub.

Can I review plans if enrollment is not open in my ZIP?

Yes. You can review the displayed plans before checking your ZIP. Online enrollment and local pricing depend on service-area availability. Enroll before a disaster so the 30-day waiting period is complete before you need benefits.

Can I choose just one membership?

Yes. SupplyReady and DisasterDeploy are separate memberships. Choose the one that fits your household, or choose both for 50% off the lower-priced membership’s base price.

DisasterDeploy operating rules and service limitations

DisasterDeploy is a private commercial preparedness membership, not insurance or a government relief program. NBEOC and Ready Rating membership does not make PrepVault a FEMA, American Red Cross, or government emergency-response agency. Membership does not guarantee a particular item, service, food supply, shelter, or medical benefit.

Activation and eligibility: an official disaster declaration for the member’s region and the membership’s service-area rules must be met. Access is for active, paid members after the initial 30-day waiting period. Personal emergencies, isolated power outages, or weather concerns without a qualifying declaration do not activate service.

Available services: operating hubs may offer meals, water, supplies, rest areas, charging, Wi-Fi, and community-resource support. Actual services depend on inventory, staff, vendors, road access, conditions, and operational safety. No specific service or item is guaranteed.

Hub access: members use operating hubs in their activated region. Locations, hours, capacity, service levels, supply categories, and traffic procedures may change, relocate, or be suspended for safety and stability, sometimes without notice. Queues and staggered entry may be necessary; immediate access is not guaranteed.

Travel and emergency care: members arrange their own travel and follow official evacuation and safety instructions. DisasterDeploy does not provide transportation, rescue, evacuation, ambulance services, emergency medical care, or medical treatment. Hubs provide temporary daytime support, not overnight shelter or long-term housing.

Member responsibilities: keep your address, contact information, and notification settings current; check hub instructions before traveling; bring membership credentials; and follow staff directions, safety rules, and traffic protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal or denied service.

Conditions outside the service’s control: extreme weather, closures, government restrictions, shortages, or unsafe access may delay setup, food, charging, Wi-Fi, or distribution. Membership does not remove the risks of traveling during a disaster; members remain responsible for their travel decisions and safety.

Privacy: contact details, membership status, and service-usage information may be used to operate the program and support member safety and service delivery under the PrepVault Privacy Policy. Review the current membership terms and disclosures before enrollment.
