PrepVault memberships and products are subject to availability, service-area limits, billing terms, eligibility requirements, and the specific plan details shown at signup or checkout.
PrepVault is not a shelter provider, hospital, public agency, first responder, or substitute for 911. In emergencies, contact emergency services and follow official instructions.
Membership fees are non-refundable in force majeure scenarios unless otherwise stated by the active checkout terms. Liability is limited to the lesser of fees paid in the previous 12 months or $500.
